Beef Cattle

Our beef cows are Salers which is a French dual-purpose breed. Since moving, we decided to diversify bull breeds. We purchased an amazing Sardo Negro (Brahman) Bull. The breed is from South America and known for their heat tolerance as well as disease and parasite resistance. We expect his first calves in the Spring of 2025.

Our herd is holistically raised, never vaccinated. Our calves are fence line weened to reduce stress, and feed organic alfalfa.
